Glazed squeaky cheese and cloudberry jam

350 g Finnish squeaky cheese (leipäjuusto) sliced into serving portions
golden caster sugar
2 dl double cream
Stockmann Gourmet cloudberry jam

Place the sliced cheese into the oven casserole dish or oven-proof serving bowls. Sprinkle dark cane sugar over the surface and pour double cream around the edges. Cook in an oven at 200 °C until the sugar is shiny and the cream is boiling. Serve the glazed cheese lukewarm with cloudberry jam.
