450 g tuna fillet
4 g black pepper
10 g ginger paste
4 g sesame seeds
600 g boiled noodles
50 g spring onion
10 g soy sauce
10 g garlic
10 g sesame oil
10 g rapeseed oil
10 g salt
Boil the noodles in salted water. Prepare sauce by mixing soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and spring onion rings.
Cut steaks from the tuna fillet, about 120 g each, and season them with crushed black pepper, sesame seeds and ginger paste. Fry the tuna steaks in oil on a hot frying pan for about 30 seconds on each side. The taste is at its best when the steaks are still medium-rare. Cut the steaks into strips.
Mix part of the sauce with the noodles, add the tuna strips on top and pour the rest of the sauce over the tuna.
