In general, different meats, such as lamb ribs and beefsteaks, are grilled at the same time. The meat is served with different salads prepared of vegetables.
Raw sausages can be most easily grilled in an oven at the temperature of 170° on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cooking a tray of sausages takes approximately half an hour. If you want entirely brown and crispy sausages, put them on a frying pan for a moment after taking them out from the oven. It is not necessary to add any fat.
6 big tomatoes
1 onion
1 tbs. sugar
6 tbs. white wine vinegar
salt
parsley leaves
Chop the tomatoes and onion. Put the ingredients in a bowl and add the seasoning. Add an abundance of parsley leaves and mix thoroughly.
1 jar of drained bean mix
½ jar of drained black stoned olives
1 red onion, chopped
1 fresh chilli, chopped
handful of rucola
Sauce
2 garlic cloves, squeezed
1 onion's peel and juice
1 ½ l cold-pressed olive oil
lots of chopped coriander
a bit of salt
Landauer Sicilian spice mix
