3 ripe bananas
1/4 ripe fresh pineapple
1 red onion
red bell pepper
2–3 spring onions
2-3 tbsp chutney
Sauce
juice and grated peel of one lime
1 dl grape seel oil
0,5 tsp crushed garlic
0,5 tsp grated ginger
Peel and dice bananas and pineapple. Chop onions, spring onions and bell peppers. Mix all sauce ingredients with the chutney and pour the mixture over fruits and chopped greens. Let draw. Fresh salsa goes well with grilled meat, fish or vegetables.
