Spicy Mexican minced meat soup

1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp rapeseed oil
500 g minced meat
1 package crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp jalapeño slices
200 g frozen soup vegetables
100 g rice
200 g bean mixture (ripe)
2 ℓ water
salt
black pepper

Chop onions and brown them in a kettle in a dash of oil. Add minced meat and brown it. Add crushed tomatoes and jalapeño slices, as well as vegetables, rice, spices and water. Cook slowly for about 20 minutes. Finally, add ripe beans to the soup and let the soup boil. You can easily make the spices hotter by using more jalapeños.
