Fried king oyster mushrooms

200 g king oyster mushrooms
25 g butter
1-2 cloves of garlic
1-1.5 tsp salt
white pepper

Cut the mushrooms in 1 cm slices diagonally. If they are very large, cut the mushrooms first in half. Chop the garlic as finely as possible.

In a heated skillet, on low temperature, fry the butter golden brown. Place the mushrooms side by side in the pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Fry for 2½ minutes. Turn and fry another 2½ minutes.
If there is moisture from the mushrooms in the pan, remove the mushrooms from the pan to a serving dish.
