Installation of a PC covers

• Installation of operating system.
• Installation of anti-virus programs (optional).
• Installation of peripheral devices bought with the computer.
• Installation of all the programs delivered with the computer (e.g. Office, Adobe etc.).
• Updating the operating system all installed programs online.
• Customising settings.
  

Anti-viral testing and removal of viruses

The computer is inspected, viruses and malware are removed and necessary re-installations are done. In case of hardware failure the computer will be sent to authorised service.

Separate visit

• A separate visit to the customer covers inspection of settings and operation as well as making the necessary adjustments.
• If more work or service is needed, the installer will discuss the necessary action with the customer giving a costs estimate.

Computer home delivery

• Customised installation and update of the operating system.
• Installation and update of the security system.
• Home delivery of the device at a set date.
• Installation of the computer at home, ready to use.
