Exclusive Loyal Customers get their own magazine delivered at home four times a year. The Stockmann Exclusive magazine is a magazine for the whole family, which contains articles about current events, interesting people, and happenings. The magazine also provides information on Stockmann's services, products, and coming events. The magazine also contains ten pages of Loyal Customer offers, unique to this magazine.
2. Exclusive shopping day twice a year
During the Exclusive shopping day you get a 10 % discount off of all purchases made with your Exclusive Stockmann MasterCard or Exclusive cash card. The benefit is valid in Finland in all Stockmann department stores, the Academic Bookstore, Stockmann Beauty stores, and Stockmann Outlet stores for the following products:
- Ladies', men's, and children's clothes and footwear
- Accessories and underwear
- Cosmetics, jewelry, and bags
- Sports clothes and equipment
- Products from One Way
- Home furnishings, products, and garden products
- Paperware and gifts
- Products from the Electronics department
- Mobile phones, toys, and pet supplies
- Foodstuff (not including beverages or tobacco products)
- Products from the Academic Bookstore (not including magazine and newspaper subscriptions, or upper secondary school level course books)
The benefit does not apply to products purchased from Alko, the pharmacy, or current Loyal Customer benefits.
Exclusive Loyal Customer will be informed of the dates of the Exclusive shopping days beforehand by mail.
3. Benefit from our fashion consultants
Exclusive Loyal Customers can use Stockmann's fashion consultants free of charge. The benefit is worth € 20. When you use Stockmann's tailoring services to clothes you have purchased at Stockmann, you get a 10 euro discount off the final price of all alterations ordered during the same day.

4. Parking benefit in the Helsinki city centre, Tapiola, Tampere, Turku, and Oulu
As Stockmann's Exclusive Loyal Customer you get one hour free parking time each time you leave your car at Stockmann Q-Park in downtown Helsinki and the Stockmann parking halls in Tapiola, Tampere, Turku, and Oulu.
