How to become a Stockmann Loyal Customer?
You can become a Stockmann Loyal Customer either by acquiring a Stockmann MasterCard credit card or by acquiring a Stockmann cash card. You can also get parallel cards for both card types.
Since all old Stockmann account cards have been removed from use and replaced with Stockmann MasterCard credit cards, applications for old Stockmann account cards and their parallel cards are no longer accepted.
Stockmann MasterCard
You can apply for a Stockmann MasterCard or its parallel cards either at the Loyal Customer service point in Stockmann department stores, online, or at any Nordea bank office in Finland.
If you have an old Stockmann account card, you can change it into the new Stockmann MasterCard online by using your bank access codes.
If you wish to switch from a Stockmann cash card to a Stockmann MasterCard or are not yet a Stockmann Loyal Customer, please fill out a printable application.

Stockmann cash card
You can apply for a Stockmann cash card at the Loyal Customer service point in the department stores or online. The cash card costs 10 euros.
If you apply for a cash card online, the card is mailed home to you in about one week's time from the date of application. Please pay the 10 euro opening fee with the giro form that is sent to you separately from the card.

When you apply for a cash card at the Loyal Customer service, you get your cash card with you. The card is ready to use immediately.
Parallel cards
A Stockmann MasterCard credit card can have either parallel cards with credit or cash parallel cards.
A Stockmann cash card can only have cash parallel cards.
You can apply for a parallel card with credit by printing out an application online, at the Loyal Customer service point in Stockmann department stores, or at any Nordea bank office in Finland. The main cardholder can specify the credit limit individually for each parallel card with credit.
Existing parallel cards with credit can be converted free of cost into new cards with an individual credit limit during March 2010.
You can apply for a cash parallel card either online or at the Loyal Customer service point in Stockmann department stores. Cash parallel cards are free of charge.
